What Causes Diarrhea, Lack Of Appetite And Fever?

My daughter, age 10. She has upset stomach, diarrhea, lack of appetite, fever from time to time, and she s tired way more than normal. We took her to the hospital a week ago and she was dehydrated and had strip throat but her medicine given to her is all taken now and she still has the same symptoms. Might there be something else wrong with her?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be allergic condition or may be it is the viral infection in either of this case no need to take any medicines because these are the self limiting conditions only thing is, if this is the allergic condition then allergens needs to be known, just for safe side it is better to get done the routine tests of blood and urine, you can even see the pediatrician for clinical examination and discuss this hope this information helps.
