Based on the facts of your query reply is-Yes ,this diarrhea and dizziness could be from Tapeworm diarrhea or canine diarrhea. The fluid loss and anemia accompanied with it, could cause dizziness. Treatment-Suggested- Deworming with Zentel regularly till ova/cyst vanish from stool is advised. Febendazole kills few tapeworms.. You need to treat it by- Catharsis with Epsom salt-(magnesium sulphate)followed with de-worming drugs to remove tapeworms is beneficial.
