What Causes Diarrhea And Lightheadedness?

Hello there I m a little worried cuz for the past week I ve been feeling lightheaded and today i have a mild diarrhea problem I m not freaking out about It but I just want to know if this could be caused by a sexual transmited disease!? I m a bi-male who practices receptive anal sex now and then a while back I was infected with clamydia and gono the lightheadedness was one of the symptoms I experienced when sick and now Is got me worried that I might ve contracted something alike again I ve been practicing safe sex ever since with just one partner and he doesn t show any symptoms of sickness so, do you think I m just worrying to much!? Could this be caused by anxiety!?

I really appreciate your concern, first of all the symptom of diarrhea and light headed may no be due to STD, but the way you have described your sexual life, on medical ground this is very risky and may cause anxiety, depression, anal coitus have much more chances of sexually transmitted disease, and it is highly advisable to stop this, better to get done the clinical examination and blood examination to rule out the STD, take care.
