What Causes Diarrhea Along With Urge Incontinence And Nausea?

I have been getting sick off and on since Christmas. My symptoms are, hot and cold, diarrhea , urge to pee a lot, nausea, sometimes headache. At Christmas time I thought I had the flu but I ended up being dehydrated and had to go to the hospital. My liver function was very high but came down to almost the range it should be but I have a fatty liver. That is all the ultrasound said but I have to follow up with her tomorrow. Do you have any idea what this could be. I can t get sick either. I get the dry heaves.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The diarrhea and nausea is secondary to intestine infection via some sort of bacteria or virus. The urge incontinence is following dehydration produced by diarrhea. Evaluation of vital parameters, electrolyte imbalance, urinary infection is must to manage it precisely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
