What Causes Diarrhea Along With Joint Pain And Headache?

Hi I have been travelling in Bali and 10 days ago came down with diarrhoea it hasn t eased and I m extremely tired, joint aches and headache, water sets me off as does food hence I haven t eaten for 3 days. I was and am very vigilante with hygiene and never eat street food. I am cold shivering as if I m in the snow. Today I have developed ulcers in my gums . My stools are dark, mucus and green tinged

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastroenteritis. If you were my patient then I would suggest antibiotics like norfloxacin and tinidazole along with probiotics like sacharomyces boulardii.
