Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms of loose motion, swelling of hands, pain in index finger & foot may or may not be related to a preceding heart attack.
These symptoms indicate gastrointestinal tract infection and disease of the musculoskeletal system.

I suggest you consult your treating doctor to look for any possible cause of these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
