What Causes Development Of Tissue On Anus During Masturbation In Men?
After masturbating (penis) on my own, I notice a fold or piece of skin in my anus which lasts for few days before dispappearing. It is sometimes painless and atimes painful. But when I have normal sex with a girl, I don t notice it. I see it only when I masturbate 3-4 times a week. What could be the problem?

From history it seems that you might be having second degree internal piles or having some prolapse of rectum due to lack anal sphincter.
Due to increase intra abdominal pressure while masturbation this thing might come out.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation..
