What Causes Delayed Reactions Associated With Dermal Fillers While On Steroids?

I had juvederm placed in a large area of the cheek where I did not ask for. The Dr implanted the filler with a needle not a cannula, and now it has been 3 years, the filler is still not dissolving and she is using steroids. Takes absolutely no responsibility for her mistake. If she had used a cannula the hylase would have gone directly on the filler and dissolved it immediately. I have not smiled in 3 years because I look strange. What more can be done?
