Hello,
As you might be aware that in a woman with
polycystic ovaries, there is difficulty in egg formation. I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime. Include more fruits, salads, and vegetables in the diet. Avoid deep-fried foods, bakery items, and refined sugars. Also, start on vitamin B 12,
folic acid, and omega 3 supplements. This helps to achieve healthy
pregnancy and minimizes various pregnancy related risks.
Along with this, please seek help from your treating gynecologist to get
ovulation induction medicines, ovulation study on
sonography. You can have unprotected sex act on and around the day of ovulation or IUI (intrauterine) insemination, on the day of ovulation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
