What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi.im 43 yrs old.i had my period on the last days of February don't remember the number exact. Ok.this month my period hasn't come yet.already took pregnancy test is negative.so why haven't I got my period?have some cramps sometimes miner on pelvis.please what could it be?so stress out lately.dont wanna have more kids.have 4 already.

Hi, I think it can be a perimenopausal symptom. You can do a serum FSH test to see if you are in perimenopausal phase. If it is very high, you are about to attain menopause.
