Hello,

Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

It is possible that it may be a pregnancy or it may be a delayed cycle.

But you have to observe the symptoms of pregnancy and check for urine pregnancy test regularly.

Please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
