What Causes Delayed Periods?

I had unsafe sex past 15days ago.now my mensus is delayed.last month my mensus date is June 28th.iam afraid whether iam conceived. Pls help me to avoid this pregnancy.i underwent c section just 6months ago.I need a yr to get pregnant is my doctors advice.pls help me to over come this problem

Hi welcome to HCM..

I can understand your concern....

Here as you are having history of unprotected intercourse , pregnancy should be ruled out...(if present has to be terminated as medically also not advisable so)

For this two investigation done...
1.TVS
2.Urine card test for Hcg detection (positive 5 week after last LMP if pregnancy there)
3.Blood Hcg detection (positive three week after last LMP if pregnancy there)

Among this 2 or 3 only one investigation done
If conception occurred than medically or surgically terminated after doctor advise

Advise : gynecologist consultation
