What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdominal Cramps And Lower Back Pain?
Possiable miscarriage..irregular cycle anyways..have an App to keep track of my ovulation and periods past and predicted. I had back pains before predicted period. Never had p.m.s before. 3 days before predicted period started spotting pink brown mucous. Then Brown to Bright red discharge and no blood flow for 6 days. Day 7 it stopped and pink/brown mucous. Now Severe cramping and back aches since then
Cramps and back pains are due to hormonal imbalance and also due to menses as there is blood loss. Along with this muscles supporting the uterus also get stretched from to and fro. So you may get cramps and backache before. During or after menses as there is contractions of muscles of uterus.
*Just get relaxed. *Have enough rest. *Avoid extra salt in butter milk, salads, paratha, chutneys, papad, sausages. *Take more fluids, water, milk, lemon juice, coconut water.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
