What Causes Delayed Periods While On Norethisterone?

I took northistrone for about 2weeks while on holiday but I also stopped taking my pill, when I got home I haven't took them again or my pill and I haven't came on my period, this has been for 3 weeks now but I took a pregnancy test and it was negative?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As you told that you stop taking your pill when you started norethisterone. So ovulation might have taken place in you & you might be pregnant. Norethisterone is needed in case you are not taking pills & just want to dalay your periods.
You just need to continue with your contraceptive pills to delay periods. Pregnancy test may be negative in starting of pregnancy. you should redo a pregnancy test by first urine sample of morning.
