Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Daphne pills is a brand name of Lynestrenol. It is used as oral contraceptive/birth control pill. Menstrual irregularities and abnormal breakthrough bleeding are the possible side effects with the use of this pill. It can be normal for your cycle to be off, especially when you are new to taking such hormonal contraceptives. Since it is abut 3 months by now, I would suggest you to consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope the information provided helps. All the best.
