General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Following your irregular menstrual bleeding or delayed period with a repeated negative Pregnancy test is a suggestion that you are not pregnant. The implant in your body with tablet meprate are enough to prevent you from getting pregnant in spite of symptoms of symptoms you are exhibiting
In case you want to confirm this you can do an obstetric scan to verify your pregnancy
Meanwhile see an obstetric specialist for proper assessment
I hope this helps
