What Causes Delayed Periods, Brown Vaginal Spotting And Nausea?

Hi, I am a 28 year old female. I have had pregnancy symptoms for the last three weeks. I was waiting for my periods which is always on time but i was two days late. The third day I get brown spotting at first and my bleeding increases with some cramping. I am not sure if this is spotting or my periods as I still feel fatigue, nauseous and sore breast.

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home. It will confirm if you are having a pregnancy or not. If positive consult a doctor. If negative wait for your periods. Hope I have answered your question.
