I am 18 days late on my period. I have spotting when I pee and faint blood when I wipe. Lasting about 2 weeks now. I had my tubes tied 13 years ago. I usually have normal periods on time, this is the first time I ve been this late. I took 3 tests all were negative

Delay in periods might be due low hemoglobin
and any hormonal imbalance.so can u check your thyroid levels and haemoglobin if they were normal can u check your gynaecologist once
