What Causes Delayed Periods And Vaginal Spotting?
Good day. I do t know if I m pregnant or not. My period was 2 days late. I m not sure if it was period or spotting. I had one full day periods where it was heavy and dark red en then it was light again and on off. I did do a pregnancy test the night I missed my period and then again one the next morning. Both was negative.

You need to wait for delay in periods for a week and then test your urine for pregnancy. That will generally tell about the status as to you are pregnant or not. In case you are still in doubt, get your blood sample tested for beta HCG levels and consult gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
