What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Watery Mouth, Fatigue And Nausea?

I was six days late this month. Didn t really think anything of it. However, I started getting the watery mouth, fatigue, and nauseous symptoms. I have two kids already so that prompted me to get w test. The test was negative and my period came two days after. However, I still have all the symptoms and no real appetite.
