What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Pain In Abdomen And Tenderness In Breasts?

Hello doctor good morning,I m mega from kolkata. My problem is since 15 days I m feeling burning sensation on my lower abdomen,sides pain,lower back pain,tenderness in breast & also my period is late,I had last period on 11 July .i m a married woman & have no child yet.now me & my husband is trying for child,I tasted my urine through preganews but result was negative.i m 28 years old.now if I m not pregnant then what is the cause of late periods,tenderness breast,lower back n sides pain & sensation of burning in lower abdomen? Kindly answer this questions please...thank U very much...

Hi,

Urine test taken 10 days after missed period is reliable and tests taken too early can be false negative. Repeat the test if applicable. In case of negative result, pelvic ultrasound, urine routine may be required to rule out any pelvic pathology, urinary tract infections. Any history of renal stones should also be ruled out.
