What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Headaches?

Hello! I ve always had irregular periods and I don t know why. I ve had cycles where it s been up to 60 days between cycles. Last month I had unprotected intercourse and then again about a week ago. I m not trying to get pregnant. Yes I made a bad decision. My last period was January 3rd of this year. I haven t had my period yet. I ve taken pregnancy tests and all negative. Recently I ve been feeling really nauseated, strong cramps on the lower left side of my abdomen, headaches, and back pain. What should I do?

Hi,

These symptoms are not necessarily associated with pregnancy, however with delayed periods we should rule out pregnancy. I would like to wait a few days if thing settle it's fine otherwise get another pregnancy test done.

A if that negative you need to see your doctor for other causes of pain abdomen like infection, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
