What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

Hi, i am about 7 weeks late from last period, not pregnant according to last Wednesday blood test and yesterday and today neg hcg test, i am experiencing alot of pain in my abdominal area, it feels like contractions, i am nauseous, im feeling exhausted from this its very sharp, and very painful, i am average in health and very active, i just got prescribed panadein forte and got an ultrasound done not even 15 mins ago, if u can help me im freaking out

Hello,

The symptoms that you described doctors must be ruling out molar pregnancy. It is a good thing that your HCG is negative.

If it is probably benign, then an ultrasound will bring a clear picture of it. So you do not have to worry. The treatment includes dilation and curettage which will be done by your doctor if it is a molar pregnancy.
