What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Mild Abdominal Cramps?
I had unprotected sex on 29 th July and I was expecting my date on 6 th August . But the periods got delayed so I thought of taking pregnancy test . I took a test today, that is , 8 th August. The test is negative . But now having mild cramps. So what does this mean?

I believe by now you should have had your periods. The cramps would have been a sign of impending periods.
