What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Headaches And Abdominal Cramps?

I had sex November 20, 2016. My expected period was suppose to come November 28, but it did not show up. Lately I ve had headaches, cramps, a little bloating, a few back pains, cold like symptoms and I missed my period. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? I ve read on early pregnancy symptoms and I don t have all the symptoms they named, could I still be pregnant?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If you are not having your periods at the usual time and your worried please buy a urine pregnancy test, it is most effective after your 5 weeks after your last menstrual period. Or you could buy advanced digital pregnancy test kit to check from 3 weeks on wards.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. James Devadoss
