You said you got menses after 6 days of expected date.But this can t be called as irregular as variation of 7-9 days plus minus do occur normally depending on physiological changes in body. When these criteria is met and happens repeatedly every month,then one can suspect irregularity. You just have to keep an eye on following symptoms while you are on doulton like- severe headache,vision problems,abdominal pain,chest pain,pain in calf muscles and report to gynaecologist immediately if any of these occurs. I recommend- -Follow your prescribed medicines as directed. - Take iron supplements. -Regular exercise and keep weight within control -Balanced and healthy diet Hope this information helps.
