What Causes Delayed Periods After Removing A Birth Control Implant?

Hi. I had my implant took out on 10th of December 2016. I had a miscarriage on the 5th of January 2017. Me and my other half are ttc. I m 3 days late coming on my period and I ve took 2 test and their coming back negative. Do you have any idea what we could do to speed things up.

Hi, I think you can try naturally for pregnancy if your periods are regular. Periods can get delayed upto 1 week in normal person also. So, don't worry about it. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or ovulation detection kits. If you are ovulating, then you can try naturally. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy. If it doesn't work, then you can go for evaluation.
