What Causes Delayed Periods After A Bilateral Salpingectomy?

I had a bilateral salpingectomy at the end of July 2016. About 6 weeks later I had a very heavy period with large blood clots. I then had a period about 5 weeks later that was normal and another about 4 weeks after that which was also normal. It has now been 13 weeks since my last period. Should I be concerned about how long it has been since my last period?

Hi, I think you should take some medicines for inducing periods. Do a urine pregnancy test at home. Sometimes failure of ligation occurs.
