What Causes Delayed Period While On Oral Contraceptive Pill?

Hi, I took norithisterone tablets for delaying periods, for 3 days, after that I had taken an oral contraceptive pill on 4 th as I was scared. Of unprotected sex, my due date of period was 29th or 30th sept, today is 4th oct, but I hv not got my periods yet, kindly tell me what to do, I am tensed.

I really appreciate your concern, as you have taken the pills for the postponement of periods sometimes immediately after stoppage of pills it will not resume on next day, it will take two to seven days after stoppage of pills. First you do the urine pregnancy test by using pregnancy kit and follow the instructions of the kit how to do it to rule out the chance of pregnancy. If it is negative and wait for 2 to 3 days then also if you have not got the periods please contact the lady doctor. Hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
