What Causes Delayed Period Post Birth Control Withdrawal?

I am on birth control for my period to regulate. I have not been on it for a month cause I didn t pick up a new prescription. My period is now 2 weeks late, my boyfriend & I have been having sex but I took a test and its negative. Tonight we had sex and he came in me & he wants to buy the Plan B test for me but I don t know if that s something I should take since I m already having issues with my period.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was not the protected coitus then you need to be alert for conception and if you miss the period then you have to get done the pregnancy test, no method is hundred percent promising as long as contraception is concern, take care.
