What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

Hi. Trying to get pregnant, I m 24. Years old and I have been off the pill for 2 months. I had my period starting June 26..positive ovulation test July 9th. Nothing since...no period (expected July 24), many negative home pregnancy test..last one I took was Monday (August 1) and it was negative. Still no period, or positive ovulation test. Should I continue testing?

Welcome to HCM. I am sorry to hear your futility in trying to get pregnant. Remember that after using birth control, the body may take a few months to get back in the groove of things so to speak. I would just keep trying and the natural process will in fact bear fruit. I hope that this helps and good luck.
