Hello dear I understand your concern If cyst is associated with reproductive hormone imbalance (high androgen) and insulin resistance then it is called PCOS. I advise you to alosp go for reproductive hormone analysis, lipid profile and insulin, USG scan and ovarian follicle study for better management. Doctor will give following advises: Progesterone shot to induce the period. After the period has been come main aim is to regularize the period. Birth control pill and or progesterone pill help to regularize the period Clomiphene citrate and spironolactone can be used. Metformin will help in regularize the glucose hoemostasis.
