General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite normal and your periods will return to its normal rhythm in a couple of days. If persistently delayed you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
