General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you are 46 years old and have irregular periods you still have chances of getting pregnant so it would be advisable to do a pregnancy home test.

Being constipated and with abdominal pain doesn't necessarily mean that you are pregnant. Also do an abdominal ultrasound, pap smear and mammography, as usual, check-up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
