Hello and welcome.

It appears as though you could have had an infection some time back, but with the disappearance of the white discharge you seem to be showing signs of recovery. Although an infection is just one possibility, it would be wise to visit your doctor for a vaginal swab test, a urine sample and an ultrasound of your lower abdomen and pelvis.

Drink plenty of water, and abstain from all forms of sexual contact. Keep your inner wear clean, and keep your genitalia clean and dey at all times.

Best wishes.
