Hello!

I read your question and understand your concern!

The symptoms you have may be related to a hormonal imbalance. This condition could be causes by ovarian cysts, or an extrauterine pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy). A pregnancy test is not very sensitive or specific, and we can not rely 100% on its results.

I recommend you to perform a routine blood test to exclude anemia or inflammation and an abdominal ultrasound to examine better your organs.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
