What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Taking Contraceptive Pill?
I had unprotected sex around the estimated time of ovulation,two days later I took the emergency contraception pill and all was fine I felt great! But now my period is a week late and I ve done two home pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. What should I do next?

The use of emergency contraception can cause a delay or a change in menstrual cycle so it is possible that this is the cause.
Pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception. If this time has passed then the tests are accurate and you are not pregnant, you would need to monitor.
