What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Taking Postpone 72 After Having Safe Sex?

hello doctor, we had intercourse two days before the the actual date where my wife has to get her periods. and it was protected intercourse , but we had a doubt and to avoid unintended pregnancy i gave her postpone 72.and now 3 days are over after having the tablet and still she didnt get periods and it has also mentioned that it may occur early or later than normal if we have that tablet but how long we have to wait , because already it has crossed 3 days from the actual date where she normally get her periods and now we are in a confusion where she will get pregnant and is there remedy to get her date early

Added to this she has also taken postpone 72, which has side effects like stomach pain, dizziness, headache, breast pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, CHANGES in MENSTRUAL CYCLE , back ache etc. So you can wait for a week.
