What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?
Hi, I had a tubal ligation 11 years ago after my 2nd child was born. I took a pregnancy test just because i know there is a higher chance of getting preg after so many years and the test was negative. It has also been 8 years since i have surgery to remove part of my right ovary due to a massive amount of cysts and endometriosis. Since then my monthly cycle has always been early (2 wks) or on time. I was due to start around june 11th and i have not started. My question is what else could be causing for a period to stop??

if your UPT is negative then you should again check it after 7 days.And there are so many other factors involved in your monthly cycle.Like diet ,stress,medication, illness,weather etc.so it might be the reason for delayed periods. if the UPT is negative after 7 days then consult a OBG doctor.
