It appears that you had intercourse towards the end phase of your menstrual cycle wherein you were expecting periods to start. It is unlikely that you could have conceived by this as it is not the fertile period. One of the reasons for the delay in getting periods could be due to stress, which you might have encountered due to the physical relation you had. Kindly wait calmly for some time to know what could be the reason for it. If the delay is more than a week, it is advisable to take another pregnancy test. Also, if it is caused due to hormonal imbalance, you need to get your blood tested for certain hormones like FSH and LH levels. Only on confirmation you need to use MTP kit, otherwise it would be useless and you could face some unwanted problems too.
