What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

I am 37 yrs old I had my IUD Mirena removed after 10 years 2 months ago. I had a normal pap smear doctor stated very mild endometriosis but everything looked very good. I got my period as expected for the past 2 months after the removal. However my period was due 3 days ago and I only have sore breast since the first of the month. I ve done an at home pregnancy test however it came out negative. But when I was pregnant with my second son the pregnancy test came out negative 3 times as well. So I m not sure what should I do?

You can wait for the periods for couple of days. Delay of few days can be expected in healthy menstruating females.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
