I ve missed my period twice and currently within a week noticing I have a strong smell in my urine and it s cloudy it doesn t burn when I pee but it tingles/ tickels like if I had to go pee all day and I finally let it all out. I barley itch in one spot down there it comes and goes, I do not have pregnancy symptoms however my next step after this will be to take a pregnancy test.

Hello,

Absence of periods is suggestive of pregnancy. You may take an urine pregnancy test to confirm or rule out pregnancy. Strong smell in urine can be due to urinary infection. I suggest you to get urine routine examination and urine culture sensitivity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
