General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms which you have described are due to hormonal imbalance because ovaries are responsible for the production of female sex hormones like testosterone, estrogen and progesterone. Any physiological or anatomical defect would cause an imbalance. These symptoms will fade away as the ovarian cyst regress, with the course of treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
