Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for the query.
Hypomenorrhoea ( decreased menstrual flow) and amenorrhoea ( absence of periods) are known side effects of Overall 1.
If she was very regular with taking the tablets, then there is no chance of pregnancy. She could try to induce a withdrawal bleeding by taking Primolut N for 5 days.
If she was not regular with medicines and had missed some doses, then pregnancy should be excluded.
Take Care
