What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

hi. the last time I got my period was about 2 months ago. I did a home pregnancy test that came out negative. I masturbate about twice every second day but now i m unsure of what might be going on. I have been quite stressed the passed few days but how much stress does it take to delay my period?

Understand your concern
Absence of period since two month is abnormal. But stress does not cause delay in the period for one month. Rule out the pregnancy by Blood HCG and USG scan.
I think following possibility: hormonal dysfunction/dysfunctional uterine bleeding, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, thyroid disorder
Go for following investigations: USG scan, Blood HCG, Reproductive hormone profile, ovarian follicle study etc.
In absence of pregnancy and other pathology: period can be induced by giving medroxyprogesterone preparation.
So consult the gynecologist, go for investigation and take proper treatment.
