General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Delay in the period mainly due to hormonal imbalance and ovarian dysfunction in PCOS.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone and ovarian follicle study to manage the PCOS.

Pregnancy is possible as your period is regular since one year.
Go for pregnancy and or blood HCG 7 days after missed period to confirm the pregnancy.
In absence of pregnancy, period can be induced by progesterone pill under the advice of gynecologist.
Hope this may help you

Contact HCM for further health issue.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
