What Causes Dehydration?

HELLO DEAR DOCTOR

MY SON SUFFER FROM DIARRIA MOCOID FORM AND WATERY FROM LAST WEEK. HE HAS 5 MONTH . HE IS NOT FEBRILE BUT HAS MILD DEHYDRATION AND LITTLE IRRITABE. HE HAS NOT POORFEEDING. AT S/E 10-15 WBC AND 4-6 RBC IS SEEN. AND S/C IS NEGATIVE. ALSO U/A IN SG 1012 5-7 WBC IS SEEN.
