What Causes Dehydration While Taking Sinus And Cough Medicines?

I have been dehydrated and taking 500 mg Amoxicilluan with alka seltzer sinus and cough medicine for a sinus infection. I am having some runs of trigimeny. Have rehydrated but am still having a few runs of the trigimeny . Have stopped taking meds. Have a stent in right circumflex. On placid asprin and Crestor What is causing this

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned there is no side effect like dehydration after taking medications as mentions. Please take plenty of fluids and if required take ORS solutions every 2 hours.
