What Causes Dehydration & Back Pain Post Masturbation?

Hello ,I am a male 36 nearly athletic body. Caucasian form Caspian sea area. Very healthy and high drive but I have intense life and not very balanced diet or life habits. Usually after masturbation that I might commit once in a fortnight or in a month I fall in to some negative symptoms. the first day I might feel energetic or a little exhausted. But Usually after one day or two I feel dehydration and pain in my low back spin and feel excessively tired needing for sleeping a lot of hours

I donot think any major problem, you need a proper psychological counselling for your symptoms. It is because of your unbalanced diet and life habits. Healthy diet and some exercise is all you need. visit a psychiatrist for a counselling setion. I donot think you will require any medicine.
