What Causes Deep And Prolonged Sleep After Taking Gabapentin?
I accidently gave my wife one 300mg. capsule of gabapentin about 7hrs ago while feeding and she is uncharacteristically in a deep sleep. She is under hospice care. The nurse present at the time told me it will make her sleep. Should I be concerned?

It is quite common with Gabapentin.
Nothing much to worry and no treatment is required either.
